Welcome to the WSCUC ARC2022 Health and Safety Hub. Our community’s wellbeing is extremely important to us and our goal is to host a safe and rewarding in-person conference. We recognize that health and safety protocols are constantly evolving, and we are committed to updating this page regularly with information about the plans for our attendees, exhibitors, and staff on-site. Please check back here frequently for updates so you will know what to expect when you arrive in San Francisco for WSCUC ARC2022.

We are very excited to deliver an educational and safe in-person experience once again. Below are current requirements to attend ARC2022 including the proof of COVID-19 vaccination and the wearing of face masks. Specific details about the proof of COVID-19 vaccination validation process will be finalized closer to the event date.

 

Healthy Measures at WSCUC ARC2022

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend ARC2022in San Francisco per the City of San Francisco. More information on the COVID-19 vaccination requirements can be found below and in our FAQ. Additional information on the COVID-19 vaccination validation process will be available closer to the event date.
  • The Hyatt Regency San Francisco is focused on the safety and well-being of their guests. Be sure to review each their specific COVID-19 cleaning protocol & their update.
  • Wearing a face mask is currently required in all indoor spaces in the City of San Francisco. WSCUC will continue to monitor this situation and make updates as this evolves.
  • Anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms should stay home and get well.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Required

All ARC2022 attendees, exhibitors, and staff will need to be fully vaccinated to attend ARC2022 in San Francisco, in accordance with the Mayor’s office of the City of San Francisco, and will need to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination(s) on-site. Vaccines need to be approved or approved for emergency use by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organization (WHO).

Face Mask Mandate

Wearing a face mask is currently required in all indoor spaces in the City of San Francisco. WSCUC will continue to monitor this situation and make updates as this evolves.
