Registration Terms & Conditions
All presenters are responsible for registering in advance, paying the conference registration fee, and covering their own travel and lodging.
Cancellations/Requests for Refunds
Conference registrants are able to cancel their own registration and receive a refund less processing fees. The deadline to cancel with a refund is Tuesday, April 4, 2023. The following processing fees will be applied: $100 for ARC registration cancellation; $50 ALO/CEO Forum cancellation; $40 workshop cancellation. No refunds will be given after Tuesday, April 4, 2023.
Substitution
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person by providing the registration confirmation number along with complete contact information (full name, title, institution, e-mail address) of the substitute to events@wscuc.org.
Requests for ADA Assistance
The conference facilities are all handicap-accessible. WSCUC will work with conference participants to assist in the accommodation of any special needs requests. If you require assistance, please advise WSCUC in writing no later than March 29, 2023. A request for assistance should include complete contact information, including a daytime phone number and e-mail address. Requests for assistance received after the deadline may not be able to be accommodated. If it is possible to meet a late request, it will be done so at the expense of the requester.
Recording Acknowledgement
You acknowledge and agree that by registering for the ARC and attending the conference and participating in the associated events, your image and/or voice may be captured or otherwise recorded in one or more media (e.g., digital or traditional video, photography, or sound recording), and you further agree that such images or recordings may be used by WSCUC in original form or as part of compilations or derivative works for promotion of WSCUC and its sponsored events, including but not limited to the ARC. Further, you hereby waive any rights of publicity and any claims for damages, royalties or other compensation related to WSCUC’s use as indicated herein.
