Michael joined WSCUC in July 2019 as Director, Finance and Operations. In his current role, Michael is responsible for managing the finance and operations of the commission, as well as human resources.

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in financial and operational management prior to joining WSCUC, including 6 years in higher education.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the San Francisco State University and a MBA from Argosy University.
