On July 3, 2014, Corinthian Colleges, the parent company of Heald College, an institution accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission, reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Education on “a transition plan to protect and address the needs of its affected students.”
The agreement, which took effect July 8, 2014, outlines a plan to help enrolled students continue their studies with minimal disruption.
