The Council of Regional Accrediting Commissions (C-RAC), chaired by WSCUC President Jamienne S. Studley, reinforced its commitment to student achievement outcomes in a letter to the U.S. Department of Education’s (ED) negotiated rulemaking committee. The letter, signed by presidents from seven historically regional accrediting commissions covering more than 3,000 institutions, identifies current uses of student achievement outcomes and invites continued collaboration with ED in improving data quality and timeliness.
