Rosa Belerique
Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Institutional Research – EDVance College
Rosa Belerique is the Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Institutional Research at EDvance College, bringing over 15 years of experience in higher education, with a focus on leadership roles in institutional research and effectiveness (IRE).
Rosa’s professional journey has taken her to public and private institutions as an analyst, a consultant, a director, and a vice president. It has brought Rosa the opportunity to serve more broadly as the 2021 president of the California Association for Institutional Research (CAIR), as a 2021 WSCUC Fellow, and as a WSCUC ALA graduate and mentor. She has advocated with data for broader access to tuition discounting and JEDI initiatives, reported to external agencies across shifting political climates, and hosted a conference during a pandemic, among other professional accomplishments.
She holds a Master of Science in Student Development in Higher Education and has demonstrated a consistent commitment to advancing equity, access, and excellence in postsecondary education.
Rosa serves as a higher education leader where her passion is providing the opportunity, like the one she received, of a life-changing college experience to any and all who seek it. Her dedication to creating pathways for student success reflects her own life-changing college experience, which inspires her ongoing contributions to higher education.
