Assessment and accreditation professionals from a CSU, an independent private school, and a single-purpose institution facilitate a session about how quality assurance frameworks and strategic planning designed for institutional improvement are inextricably linked to accreditation. Lessons learned as the circumstances of the past year were confronted and managed will be included.
