Based on current guidance from the Department of Education regarding authorization to offer remote instruction, an institution may deliver instruction remotely in fall 2022 and spring 2023 without notifying WSCUC. However, if institutions want to add programs permanently to be delivered through the distance education modality to their established offerings, they must do so through the Substantive Change process.
