Rosa Belerique
2021 Fellow, CAIR Team
Rosa Belerique serves as the Vice President of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at the New York Film Academy (NYFA) and 2021 President of the California Association for Institutional Research (CAIR). In her role at NYFA, Rosa supports assessment and program review efforts, strategic planning, and reporting. In her work as CAIR President, she has prioritized marketing; strategic and financial planning; equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI); system efficiencies, and partnerships. She has a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Student Development in Higher Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication Arts, and has completed and mentored in the WSCUC Assessment Leadership Academy (ALA). Rosa is most excited about being a WSCUC Fellow with her CAIR peers taking on the important work of examining data analysis, critical conversations, and educational effectiveness using a justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion framework.
